Random pick that I had never been, service was good food was good. I would repeat, nothing spectacular but a nice visit. Steak and eggs hit the spot.

We have enjoyed several meals with friends at The Trestle Stop. The food and service is always wonderful! We also had our daughter and son-in-law's wedding catered by The Trestle Stop during the holiday season. It was proving difficult to find a local caterer in Holland/Zeeland that had availability for servers to be present during the reception and many other caterers were saying that we could pick up all the food, but then we would have to set up and hire our own servers. Not only was the food hot and yummy from The Trestle Stop, all of the servers were pleasant and professional. Jeff and Kathy were quick to respond to questions and communicate with us in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We highly recommend The Trestle Stop restaurant for a great meal and their catering service too!! Thank you so much!!

The entrance is confusing. When I entered there was a unmanned desk and 2 rooms with no IDing signs. However it turns out the room on the right is an event space and the one on the left is the restaurant. There is a train motif to the place with train names on all the booths. Overall the place has a very warm feeling to it.
I ordered the Apple Bourbon Pork Ribeye ($17). The Pork Ribeye itself is very good. However the bourbon sauce itself is fantastic and not overly sweet. The apple topping is the perfect accoutrement. The salad and mashed potatoes I got as sides were both excellent. The person I was with got the same thing and also thought it was fantastic.
The Service was indifferent. The employees were efficient, they just didn't seem to care.
Overall a very solid 4 star review. Would I return? Absolutely. I'd love to try other things or to get the Ribeye again.

Such a cute train themed restaurant in Hamilton. Friendly service & delicious breakfast! I love that they give you the whole pot of coffee on the table instead of having to come and refill. I will definitely go back to this nice place when I am in the area. Oh, the prices are super reasonable as well.

Stopped in and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered specials and all of the items were excellent. The beer battered cheese curds were our overall favorite. The place is clean and lively. The service was great and food came extremely fast.

Chicken salad wrap was very good and it came with a nice side of good potato salad and chips. The chips were just ok but the rest was great.
The nachos were also excellant and topped nicely with beef, cheese, olives, tomatoes & onions. My pet peeve with nachos is that places will only put the cheese and toppings on top. Here they put it in between the layers also. Thank you
This place is always clean, the bathrooms are spotless and the servers are great
